Wounding

'Miraculous Love's Wounding', in its original form, is a madrigal by Renaissance composer, Thomas Morley. Wounding is an arrangement for viola and violoncello was made for a dance work (21 Dances for the 21st Century), by Paolo Mangiola which ZfinMalta National Dance Company premiered in 2020. The album "21 Dances for the 21st Century", which includes this arrangement titled 'Wounding'.  was released by Veronique Vella in  August 2021. The recording features Nadia Debono (viola) and Akos Kertesz (violoncello). Dr. Rene Mamo was responsible for the mixing and mastering of this track and all the other chamber works on the album.
