Wens

'Wens" is Vella's most performed work. It has been widely performed by Rebecca Hall and Laura Flazon and has been played extensively and subsequently recorded by Irish flautist Aisling Agnew (see https://barosrecords.com/product/bidla). The word loosely translates as "Comfort".
