Jubilate Deo

Jubilate Deo is a setting of Psalm 100 (Psalm 99 in the Latin Vulgate) and as the text suggests ('O be joyful in the Lord') this is a jubilant piece, full of vigorous rhythms based on a trademark rhythmic motif that intentionally displaces the accents of the text. This piece is written for SATB choir with occasional divisi and may be effectively employed for both liturgical and concert use.
